A leaking faucet is often due to worn-out washers, O-rings, or seals within the faucet assembly. While these issues can usually be fixed with simple repairs, ignoring them can lead to higher water bills and further damage over time.

When drains slow down or sewer lines keep backing up, the problem may be more than a simple clog near the surface. Over time, plumbing lines can collect grease, soap residue, food particles, hair, minerals, and other debris. These materials can stick to the inside of pipes and create stubborn blockages that ordinary drain cleaning methods may not fully remove.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing provides professional hydro jetting for homeowners who need a powerful and thorough way to clean their plumbing lines. With help from a skilled plumber in Bluffton, SC, hydro jetting can restore better drainage, reduce recurring clogs, and help keep your plumbing system working the way it should.
Hydro jetting is a plumbing service that uses a strong stream of pressurized water to clean the inside of drain and sewer lines. Unlike basic snaking, which usually breaks through a blockage, hydro jetting helps wash away buildup from the pipe walls. This can leave the line cleaner and allow water and waste to move more freely.
A professional hydro jetting service in Bluffton may be recommended when clogs keep returning, multiple drains are affected, or buildup has become too heavy for standard methods. Because the equipment is powerful, the service should always be performed by an experienced plumber who can inspect the system and use the right pressure for the job.
Some clogs return because only part of the blockage was removed. For example, a drain snake may create a temporary path through grease or sludge, but residue can remain along the pipe walls. As more waste passes through, debris catches on the remaining buildup and the clog forms again.
Josiah was our plumber from Mr. Rooter. He was the best! Not only did he arrive on time, he handled everything we needed to replace our kitchen faucets and some pipes in a timely manner. We held our dogs at bay outside; he assured us they, all 4 of them, would not be a problem since it was hot out back. We let them in and they fell in love with Josiah. We appreciate his care and concern for us seniors and will certainly request him again when we need a plumber. Donna and Jeff Youngblood
Made a call to request service for a leaking garbage disposal system. The phone line went down and I gave them a 1 star review thinking they dropped the call. It was just poor phone signal. They called back and apologized even though it was not their fault. (This just shows they are ready to give you good service.) They came and fixed my garbage disposal in no time. Good people. Great service. I thought I deleted my 1 start review. Apologies that it took sometime for me to make this update. Thank you Mr. Rooter.
Joe really helped me out! Had my whole house backing up and after snaking the drains through a toilet hole he determined the best course of action was the hydro blast the main line, which required a cleanout to be installed. He dug up the line, installed the cleanout, and blasted out the clog all in one day. Pricing was fair and they even honored my membership discount from some work I had done by Mr. Electric (also a Neighborly company) a couple years ago. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter again if I have any other plumbing problems!
I had a water emergency over the Easter holiday, called several "24 hour" plumbers and none of them bothered to help me except ONE. Mr Rooter sent Josiah to repair my broken pipe and install a new HOSE bibb that caused the emergency. He was very professional and efficient, and got the repair completed quickly. While it cost more than a normal job, I was lucky to find him on short notice on a holiday. Thanks to Mr Rooter my Easter weekend wasn't a TOTAL WASH OUT!! (pun intended)
Felix and Will saved the day! (And our new old house.) I had a competitor company come out to help us with some seriously backed up plumbing. (They snaked one drain and then said the only solution was to reroute our plumbing to the main line, a 4-6k cost!). I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion. They arrived exactly on time, listened to our issues, worked with our contractor who was there to help, and they were able to clear our entire home’s plumbing in a couple of hours and for less than $400! Felix and Will were polite, patient, and took extra time to make sure every drain in our house was working properly before they left. I’m so grateful. We will definitely keep getting our plumbing maintenanced by this crew. Thank you!!
These guys were johnny on the spot. I called late one day and they were here @08:00 the next day, very courteous very efficent took less than 1:45 min to do a job that the last crew did and did not botch the job, Josh Owens did a fantastic job i will call for him again if i need plumbing work. Oh and not to mention that mr rooter price was $100 less than the other guy.

In kitchens, grease is one of the biggest causes of repeated drain problems. Even when grease is rinsed down with hot water, it can cool, harden, and stick inside the pipes. In bathrooms, hair, soap scum, toothpaste, and hygiene products can create thick buildup. Main sewer lines may also collect roots, sediment, and waste over time.
Hydro jetting targets these issues more completely by flushing the line instead of only punching through the clog.
You may benefit from hydro jetting in Bluffton if your drains are slow throughout the home, your toilets gurgle, or water backs up into tubs, showers, or floor drains. Foul odors from drains can also be a sign that debris is trapped in the line.
Another warning sign is needing frequent drain service for the same clog. If a drain clears temporarily and then slows again, there may be buildup deeper in the pipe. Mr. Rooter Plumbing can evaluate the situation and determine whether hydro jetting is the best option.
One of the main advantages of hydro jetting is improved flow. When the pipe is cleared more thoroughly, water can move through the system with fewer restrictions. This can make sinks, showers, toilets, and laundry drains work more efficiently.
Hydro jetting can also help prevent future plumbing emergencies. Removing buildup before it becomes a complete blockage can reduce the risk of messy backups and unexpected service calls. For homes with frequent drain problems, hydro jetting can be a smart part of ongoing plumbing maintenance.
Another benefit is that hydro jetting uses water instead of harsh drain chemicals. Chemical cleaners can be hard on pipes and often fail to remove deep blockages. Professional hydro jetting provides a more effective cleaning approach when the plumbing system is in suitable condition.
Before performing hydro jetting, a plumber should understand the condition of the pipe. Older, damaged, collapsed, or severely corroded lines may require repair before high-pressure cleaning is used. In some cases, a camera inspection may help locate the blockage and confirm that the pipe can handle the service.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing focuses on safe, professional service. By identifying the cause and condition of the problem first, the team can recommend the right solution instead of guessing.
Stubborn clogs can be frustrating, especially when they keep coming back after temporary fixes. Hydro jetting offers a deeper cleaning solution by removing grease, sludge, debris, and buildup from inside the pipe.
For dependable hydro jetting service in Bluffton, homeowners can call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Whether you are dealing with repeated drain issues or want a cleaner, more efficient plumbing system, an experienced plumber can help restore proper flow and protect your home from future backups.

If you smell any gas near your water heater, it’s important to leave the area immediately and contact your emergency services and your gas company. Don't try to fix a gas leak on your own, because it can be extremely dangerous.
