Josiah was our plumber from Mr. Rooter. He was the best! Not only did he arrive on time, he handled everything we needed to replace our kitchen faucets and some pipes in a timely manner. We held our dogs at bay outside; he assured us they, all 4 of them, would not be a problem since it was hot out back. We let them in and they fell in love with Josiah. We appreciate his care and concern for us seniors and will certainly request him again when we need a plumber. Donna and Jeff Youngblood
Made a call to request service for a leaking garbage disposal system. The phone line went down and I gave them a 1 star review thinking they dropped the call. It was just poor phone signal. They called back and apologized even though it was not their fault. (This just shows they are ready to give you good service.) They came and fixed my garbage disposal in no time. Good people. Great service. I thought I deleted my 1 start review. Apologies that it took sometime for me to make this update. Thank you Mr. Rooter.
Joe really helped me out! Had my whole house backing up and after snaking the drains through a toilet hole he determined the best course of action was the hydro blast the main line, which required a cleanout to be installed. He dug up the line, installed the cleanout, and blasted out the clog all in one day. Pricing was fair and they even honored my membership discount from some work I had done by Mr. Electric (also a Neighborly company) a couple years ago. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter again if I have any other plumbing problems!
I had a water emergency over the Easter holiday, called several "24 hour" plumbers and none of them bothered to help me except ONE. Mr Rooter sent Josiah to repair my broken pipe and install a new HOSE bibb that caused the emergency. He was very professional and efficient, and got the repair completed quickly. While it cost more than a normal job, I was lucky to find him on short notice on a holiday. Thanks to Mr Rooter my Easter weekend wasn't a TOTAL WASH OUT!! (pun intended)
Felix and Will saved the day! (And our new old house.) I had a competitor company come out to help us with some seriously backed up plumbing. (They snaked one drain and then said the only solution was to reroute our plumbing to the main line, a 4-6k cost!). I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion. They arrived exactly on time, listened to our issues, worked with our contractor who was there to help, and they were able to clear our entire home’s plumbing in a couple of hours and for less than $400! Felix and Will were polite, patient, and took extra time to make sure every drain in our house was working properly before they left. I’m so grateful. We will definitely keep getting our plumbing maintenanced by this crew. Thank you!!
These guys were johnny on the spot. I called late one day and they were here @08:00 the next day, very courteous very efficent took less than 1:45 min to do a job that the last crew did and did not botch the job, Josh Owens did a fantastic job i will call for him again if i need plumbing work. Oh and not to mention that mr rooter price was $100 less than the other guy.
We had an unexpected gas leak in our new home we had just begun moving into, which added unneeded stress to the process, and contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing on a Saturday morning to see if they would come out and repair. Much to our surprise and relief, they took our appointment request and said they could be out in 1-2 hours on short notice. No other plumber in the area would come out. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues efficiently, advised of the repair and fees ahead of completing, and resolved the leak. They checked all the gas connections throughout the home and tightened connectors we did not even know we're loose. Great experience and made the process of getting into our home easier and gave us peace of mind bringing our young child into the home. Highly recommend this service provider for your plumbing needs.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Mr. Rooter Savannah. From the first contact by phone until the completion of the project everything went smoothly. Our plumber was Joe. He came to the house to quote the project within an hour of calling. I had requested a Saturday appointment to do the job and they were more than willing to accommodate our schedule. The price including parts and labor was very fair. We have used Mr Rooter-Savannah in the past for an emergency pipe leak. That repair went flawlessly also. I am a fan!!!
Honestly, I can’t say enough nice things about Mr Rooter Plumbing! I spoke to the receptionist and explained I needed a septic inspection performed. She added me to the schedule for the first available appointment. At the time of the appointment, I answered the door for Felix and Will, who introduced themselves, kindly put their booties on and entered my home so I could share my septic and plumbing fiasco. They performed a thorough inspection, provided a recommendation and updated me afterwords about next steps. Following the inspection, I received a call from the owner, Mark, who further elaborated on some actions I can take in order to resolve my issues. Overall, this was a great experience from a very knowledgeable team. I’m grateful for your attention to my problems, and for being unbelievably kind and courteous. 10/10. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for your plumbing and septic needs.
I wanted to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah. After contacting several plumbing companies found on Google, Mr. Rooter was the only company that did not charge a consultation fee. The professionalism and warmth exhibited by the lady who scheduled my appointment were commendable, as she was able to accommodate me on the same day. The technician who visited my home was not only professional but also patient in explaining the options available to resolve the issue. After calling 2 plumbers and being told no availability, I received a referral to Mr. Rooter. They offer after hours repairs, which I was very thankful as I had a sewer clog. Josiah came out and quickly identified the issue. He resolved my immediate issue and then returned promptly the following week to replace the damaged pipe. Professional, courteous, and excellent work. I will gladly recommend Josiah and Mr. Rooter and will use them in the future should I have any more plumbing issues.
I called 6 plumbing companies for camera / locating service. The gal who answered the phone here was super sweet and helpful-whereas the other companies were curt and dismissive. Josh arrived on time and was so easy to work with. He let me watch and ask questions the whole 4 hours he was here. (Poor guy ) I 100% recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Josh!
Conall came out today (Saturday) as we had been experiencing some drainage issues for a couple weeks. Not only did he get us up and running again, he was a nice young man and very professional! He cleared the clog, ran a camera through our sewer pipe and located our cleanout. Very happy to hear Mr. Rooter is available on the weekends as part of their normal schedule. We will definitely call Conall for future work!!
I love when they say 8am and he was knocking at my door at 8am. He was so knowledgeable and was welling to answer any of my concerns. Very professional told me what was needed to be done before going on to the next step. Set my appointment on monday around 2pm and in two days was out came in did the job and did it well.
Mr. Rooter plumbing provided excellent service for an issue with our sump pump. Our technician Josh handled the issue quickly and professionally at a reasonable rate. They did not try to overcharge or offer any unnecessary services. We are very happy with the work and would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.
Good first experience. Was able to make an appointment calling at 10:30 on a Friday night for the next day. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Knowledgeable and polite tech person came, sized up the issue, gave a quote and fixed the problem. He also cleaned up the work area very nicely. :-) It was pretty pricey, but it was a weekend and it sure beat trying to track down the independent pliumbers that I typically use. (I never know if or when they'll get back with me.) I don't mind paying extra for fast, dependable service, especially when it's an emergency! Thanks, Mr. Rooter.

Josh / Mr Rooter was EXCELLENT. They saved me $4000. Another plumber told me my sewer line needed to be replaced and I needed a 2 way clean out installed. Josh/Mr Rooter found my clean out, replaced the old cap, ran the camera line and cleared a very minor clog for a few hundred dollars. He said my sewer main line looks great! Josh was very knowledgeable and thorough. They will be my go to plumber going forward. 5 stars 100%.

Ben from Mr. Rooter came out on New Year’s Day and saved the day for us at our mobile home park. He was very knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service and worked tirelessly to make sure he fixed our sewage issue we had effecting multiple homes in the park. In fact, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in just under an hour. We greatly appreciated their advice on ways to avoid future issues. These guys were fair and honest!! Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah also offered a fantastic warranty on their first service provided at your address. You don’t get that type of service these days! ***Back story, roughly three years ago a different company gave my in-laws an “estimate” of 20k-30k to “fix” this issue. Thankfully they chose not to pursue the repair at that time. Today, Josh and Avery with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah fixed the problem for under $400. We have a plumbing project coming up in the next month or so (????????)….guess who we will be using?!?! We will go with the company which demonstrated integrity, honesty, and is confident enough in their work to offer a fantastic warranty on your initial repair service. We will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah!!
Mr. Rooter sent a fantastic repair person, Felix, to help me with what I thought was a very minor repair. Turns out it was potentially more costly than expected. Many places would have just said “so sorry but this is going to cost you” but Felix really thought about the problem and realized that the obvious solution wasn’t necessarily the right solution. Our repair was completed same day and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommended!

My representative was on time and went directly to the issue. He was very good in helping me to understand my options and the potential cost associated with those options. We located the leak and he repaired it and I was very comfortable with the process.
